pumpkin chocolate chip bread

wet ingredients
1 can pumpkin puree
4 each eggs (egg replacer!)
1 cup canola oil
2/3 cup water
1 1/2 cup unrefined sugar
dry ingredients
3 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground clove
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup small chocolate chips (carob chips)

method
  1. preheat oven to 350 f.
  2. blend wet ingredients with sugar well.
  3. sift dry ingredients together.
  4. stir dry ingredients into wet.
  5. add chocolate chips.
  6. bake for one hour.
