wet ingredients
1 can pumpkin puree4 each eggs (egg replacer!)
1 cup canola oil
2/3 cup water
1 1/2 cup unrefined sugar
dry ingredients
3 cups whole wheat flour2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground clove
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup small chocolate chips (carob chips)
method
- preheat oven to 350 f.
- blend wet ingredients with sugar well.
- sift dry ingredients together.
- stir dry ingredients into wet.
- add chocolate chips.
- bake for one hour.
